Evening in Provence Cooking Class - March 11, 2023 - One Spot Left!!
This cooking class and wine pairing is presented by Poggi Bonsi and Iola Wines

Venue is Keli's home in Normandy Park (address will be emailed when class is booked)
about the rich food and wine culture of Provence as you taste your way through six
expertly-paired courses of French country fare served on Keli's extensive
collection of Italian and French dinnerware. Provence is famous for its GMS
(Grenache, Mourvedre, and Syrah) blends and it's exquisite rosé.
Keli will prepare some of the gastronomic delights of this region using the finest ingredients found locally. Marilee (owner of Iola Wines is a Sommelier and French Wine Master) will be on hand to guide you through the tasting of each wine, share stories about the winemakers, and divulge secrets for food and wine pairing.
Each student will receive an autographed copy of Keli's cookbook "Cooking with Poggi Bonsi - Traveling Through Food" (a $30 value), plus supplemental recipes.
