Learn about regional olive oil and wines from Italy as you taste your way through seven expertly paired courses served on Keli's extensive collection of Italian and French tableware. You'll learn what really designates EVOO and what are just marketing buzzwords. You'll discover that the flavor profiles of olive oil, much like wine, are affected by terroir and can be appropriately paired with food.

Keli will prepare regional Italian specialties incorporating olive oils from six different growing areas of Italy using the finest ingredients found locally. Marilee (owner of Iola Wines is a Sommelier and Italian Wine Master)  will be on hand to guide you through the tasting of each wine, share stories about the winemakers, and divulge secrets for food and wine pairing.

Each student will receive an autographed copy of Keli's cookbook "Cooking with Poggi Bonsi - Traveling Through Food" and an International Olive Oil Tasting Cup (a $55 value), plus supplemental recipes.
