Tour highlights which can be modified depending on the interests of our group:

We'll spend a delightful morning wandering the tiny lanes in the romantic village of Positano. There's plenty of shopping with boutiques selling jewelry, watches, linens, artisan soaps and lotions, and lots of limoncello. We'll meet for lunch at Tre Sorelle in the seaside piazza for some fresh local fare.

Visits to the villages of Amalfi and Ravello are on the itinerary. The cathedral of St. Andrews in Amalfi is a must-see with its black and white marble facade and you'll have the option of visiting Villa Rufolo in Ravello. More charming shops await featuring artisan paper, linen clothing, and hand-painted ceramics.

We'll tour the archealogical site at Pompeii with a private guide.

A tour and tasting at an artisan pasta producer in Gragnano is included. Gragnano is world-famous for its pasta because of the calcium-rich spring water and ancient duram wheat used in its production. It's also naturally air-dried slowly for perfect al dente texture.

Hike the "Path of the Gods" with a private guide to see some of the most stunning views in the world.

One evening we will be treated to an "All you can eat Pizza Extravaganza." Our group will take part in the entire pizza making process...making the dough from the scratch, supervising the rising process, preparing the toppings for 8 different pizzas, lighting the fire in the pizza oven, etc. and then...the best part...tasting it all! All while being serenaded by local musicians.

We'll board a private motor yacht with an English speaking skipper and cruise to the island of Capri. We will experience the sublime beauty of this magical place as we spend the day swimming, snacking, sipping, snorkeling, visiting the grottos, get off on the Island to stroll around and enjoy lunch at one of the many restaurants.

A visit to the Greek ruins at Paestum and a visit to a buffalo mozzarella farm.

We'll tour the vineyard at Tenuta San Francesco and see 500-year-old grape vines immune to the phyloxora epidemic because of the unique volcanic soil conditions. A sampling of their wines will be served during a rustic multi-course luncheon.

Our private chef will lead us in a cooking class in our villa. Together we'll learn to prepare some southern Italian specialties.

 *Deposits are non-refundable.
