  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Slice the baguette at a slight diagonal into 1/4″ slices. Brush both sides with a little olive oil and bake about 20 minutes, turning once midway. Cook until just golden, if you cook too long, they are very hard…cook too little and they are chewy.
  3. Sprinkle with a little sea salt and serve with your favorite toppings.
