Makes 4 cups
2 cups full-fat Greek Yogurt
4 ounces fresh Feta Cheese, crumbled
3 tablespoons Ariadne Greek Herbs for Tzatziki
1/2 cup Ariadne Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 small Persian cucumbers, grated or finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, minced
Italian Parsley, finely chopped
- Combine the yogurt and the Feta cheese and allow to rest over night.
- Add the olive oil, cucumbers, and dill and mix well.
- Serve in individual bowls garnished with fresh parsley and an olive or with Bite-Sized Gyros with Carob Honey.
