Makes 4 cups

2 cups full-fat Greek Yogurt
4 ounces fresh Feta Cheese, crumbled
3 tablespoons Ariadne Greek Herbs for Tzatziki
1/2 cup Ariadne Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 small Persian cucumbers, grated or finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, minced
Italian Parsley, finely chopped
Greek olives


  1. Combine the yogurt and the Feta cheese and allow to rest over night.
  2. Add the olive oil, cucumbers, and dill and mix well.
  3. Serve in individual bowls garnished with fresh parsley and an olive or with Bite-Sized Gyros with Carob Honey.
