2-3 tablespoons Victoria Gourmet Moroccan Seasoning
1 – 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup full-fat Greek Yogurt
- Place all the ingredients except yogurt in a food processor. Pulse thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- If desired, garnish with finely chopped red onion and a squeeze of lemon. Serve with Morrocan Lamb Meatballs, pita triangles or crackers.
