Ilyse Rathet from Ritrovo Italian Regional Foods is our guest
chef for this class as we celebrate “Ferragosto” with a sumptuous Italian picnic.

Ferragosto is celebrated in Italy on August 15, it is a day of rest for farmers after their hard work during the season.

Ilyse will share her extensive knowledge of olive oil; we’ll sample several oils in these fresh and tasty dishes paired with Italian wines.
