Chef Megan will demonstrate a Basil Lemon Syrup, Syrah and Onion Jam,
Fermented Pico de Gallo,
Bread and Butter Refrigerator Pickles,
Arugula Lemon Pesto,
and  Peach Rosemary Jam.

You’ll enjoy them all in this tasty menu, plus each student will take home a little jar of Syrah Onion Jam and Bread and Butter Pickles.
