Ingredients:

20 jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 tablespoon Poggi Bonsi Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon unsalted butter or ghee

For the Marinade:
2 tablespoons Poggi Bonsi Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Juice of one lime
2 tablespoons GarlicIt! Caramelized Garlic – Twilight
thumb-sized knob of ginger, peeled and grated
1 teaspoon garam masala
2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
A pinch of Poggi Bonsi Garlic Medley Sea Salt
1/2 cup plan whole-fat Greek yogurt
Chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, marinate the shrimp for about 2 hours
  2. Heat a de Buyer 11″ French skillet, add the olive oil and the butter or ghee.
  3. Using silicone tongs, drop the shrimp into the skillet and cook on high heat for one minute on each side. Cook the shrimp in 2 batches.

Serve with Peanut Butter and Jelly Sauce on a Madras Cheddar Biscuit and top with a little chopped parsley.
