Ingredients:
1 quart vanilla bean ice cream (I like Trader Joe’s)
1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Chocolate Peppermint Sauce
1/2 cup vodka
1/4 cup Kahlua
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Make this to your taste by adjusting quantities of the ingredients.
Pour into a tall glass, insert a straw and enjoy with a slice of Chocolate Jr. Mint Tart with Brown Butter Crust.
