– 8 mushroom caps
– ½ cup San Marzano Pizza Sauce
– Grated mozzarella
– Oregano
– Salt

1. Wash the mushrooms and cut off the stalks. Place them face up on the steam case tray.
2. Stuff mushrooms with 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce and an pinch of salt each, top with grated mozzarella and oregano
3. Close steam case and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at full power.
