Marionberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Columbia Empire Farms Marionberry Fruit Preserves
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oragano

Directions

Saute onion in olive oil until transparent. Mix in other ingredients, bring to a boil for 1 minute. Pour over baked meat balls and bake uncovered at 350 degrees until heated through.
