Try this fantastic layered dip featuring black beans, cream cheese, red onion, Monterey Jack cheese and Raspberry Chipotle Salsa. It’s perfect for Cinco de Mayo celebrations, football games, or summer snacks on the deck!

 

 

Ingredients:
8 oz. Black beans, drained
8 oz. Cream cheese, cut thin
1 small Red onion, chopped
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Chipotle Salsa
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Tortilla Chips

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In oven-safe casserole or quiche dish, layer ingredients as listed above starting with black beans. Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
