Surprise your guests with this unique dessert ~ Rich vanilla ice cream with balsamic vinegar and pine nuts.
One pint vanilla ice cream
1-2 Tbsp. Maletti Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Radici of Tuscany Wild Pinenuts, toasted and chopped
Squeeze or scoop the vanilla ice cream from its container into a large bowl.
With a heavy spoon, stir the vanilla ice cream until it softens further, then stir in the Maletti Balsamic Vinegar until well distributed throughout the ice cream.
When the mixture is uniform, cover the bowl and place back in the freezer until refrozen. Serve in scoops in small bowl. Garnish with a drizzle of Maletti balsamic vinegar and the chopped Radici of Tuscany Wild Pinenuts.
