Italian Olive Wood 7.5" Cheese Grater

This medium Italian olive wood cheese grater is a nice size for use at the table to serve Parmesan or other hard cheeses. Simply let the cheese on the grater dry and tap to clean, rinse with water if desired. Olive wood tray can be washed, if it becomes dull simply rub with a little mineral or olive oil to renew its luster. All of our Italian olive wood products are hand crafted so shapes and sizes may vary slightly.

We import our Olive Wood Collection from Umbria, Italy. The striking contrast in the grain of wood from the olive tree is uniquely beautiful. Extremely durable--olive wood makes it an ideal medium for kitchen utensils, cheese boards and bowls. Simply wash with soap and water, oil occasionally with extra-virgin olive oil (E.V.O.O.) or mineral oil and it will last for years.
