Italy’s traditional Epiphany celebration includes the tale of a white-haired witch known as “La Befana” who arrives on her broomstick during the night of January 5 and fills the stockings with toys and sweets for the good children and lumps of coal for the bad ones.
Poggi Bonsi and c’est La Vie are now open at The Landing in Renton and plan a joint grand opening celebration December 4 from 5-9pm. The two new stores, which share a connecting doorway, provide the ultimate holiday shopping experience.
It came together quickly…only six weeks from sigining the lease to opening day! We are very proud of our new store at The Landing in Renton, Washington. Our joint grand opening celebration with our neighboring shop–c’est la Vie–will be Friday, December 4 from 5-9pm. We hope you can drop by to help us celebrate.
We’re very excited to announce that Poggi Bonsi and c’est La Vie of Edmonds are launching new stores at The Landing in Renton in Mid November, 2009 with a joint grand opening celebration scheduled for December 4. We both are #1 winners in King 5’s “Best of the Northwest” contest 2009—c’est la Vie won for best gift store and Poggi Bonsi won for best housewares store. We believe in providing a unique mix of merchandise and creating fun events for our customers. We will remain separate entities but will team up to plan advertising, promotions and in-store events. This creative partnership will provide our customers with a varied and unique destination shopping experience.
Thanks to all of our loyal customers who voted for us! Poggi Bonsi was elected the #1 housewares store in King 5’s Best of Western Washington contest. And our friends at C’est la Vie were voted the #1 gift store. Check out the results.
Cheery and functional, these French ceramic garlic plates are hand painted, in Vallauris, France, a small village perched high above the French Riviera–a region with a rich history in French pottery production.
These 4″ plates are hand painted and add French style to any table. Simply grate the garlic clove on the ceramic grater section to puree the garlic, add a little extra virgin olive oil and perhaps some balsamic vinegar or herbs…dip some artisan European bread and enjoy! Gifts of these inexpensive and traditional spots of Provencal color are a well received alone or accompanied by bottle of artisan olive oil.
